The Deal is an informal agreement between Wigan Council and everyone who lives or works in Wigan Borough to work together to create a better borough.

As part of this, we've teamed up with Wigan Council to ensure safeguarding is incorporated into The Deal and have committed to a series of pledges - in return we need residents and businesses to play their part too.
